Shipping Policy

If you have specific needs, please contact me at james@jameshancox.nz BEFORE placing an order. Always happy to work something out for you, whenever possible, but there's not too much I can do if your new treasure has already shipped :)

My goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, I deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that I provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

To offer this service, and keep my products affordable, some items may take a few days longer than our normal time frames to arrive, or may cost more to ship. I will always do my best to minimise this.

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. I endeavour to process all orders, and send to my manufacturers for dispatch, within 24 hours after the order is placed.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from my manufacturers to your destination. After processing, and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination. It can take longer from time to time due to conditions beyond our control, and we will reach out to you if we're aware of any delays (E.g. COVID-19 related delays).

  • Exceptions: Please check product descriptions for any exceptions to the above stated time frames. Some items I offer are complex in nature, and require particular manufacturing and handling processes. Some I can only offer affordably, to everyone, if we elect for alternate shipping options.
